‘Knowing' sus chords is not good enough... you must play them until they become instinctive because you want to be able to have them come out naturally when you play. To make this happen you have to practise using them, which is why I have given you these changes here.

Also, at this stage, you should probably still be working on changes from and to F, as they are the hardest changes! However, you should also spend some time looking at these new sus chords, too.
