Me, Guitar TABs and the law?

This is still a difficult area. These songs are provided for your scholarship (study) and research purposes only - for your personal education only. The legality of me providing these tabs has still not been proven, so they may come down at some point soon, but until it gets decided by a judge, they'll stay. Hope you find them beneficial to your guitar education. I am pretty sure this is covered by Fair Use for education. I make no money from showing you these songs, and they are taught in an educational way, not just a tab, but how to PLAY them and the techniques used.

P.S - just in case you wondered... My video of "Nothing Compares To You" was removed by YouTube because Prince's lawyers served a cease and desist letter (he wrote the song). What a short stupid little **** that guy is. Don't get me wrong, I love his music, and he has more talent in his toenails than I will ever have in my whole body. As if he hasn't got enough cash as it is he decides to start legal proceedings against his fans, not just me, but all his fans. What a twat. Read more about his rediculous behavior here.
