You gotta start and end...
These are often called Turnarounds. They are the same thing. There will be some more of these in a future lesson too.
The key here is what chord you would play at the end of the lick.
Going to E7 (the V chord in the key of A) will turn the tune around and make the song continue.
Going to A7 (the I chord in the key of A) will end the song.
The TAB is below the vid lesson, I recommend watching the vid first and then checking out the TAB so that you know how they should go - and also check out the fingering, of course...

The chord grips I use in the vid for A7 and E7 are shown below - but remeber that you can use whatever fingers you like - I use quite a few different fingerings in the video.
*** of course the root note for A7 should be placed at the 5th fret.
*** of course the root note for D7 should be placed at the 5th fret!
