Now you're gonna get real fancy. You have put the time into learning your licks in Position 1 and Position 2 of the Minor Pentatonic (you have, haven't you!!!!) and now you need to be able to move smoothly between the positions.

There are a number of approaches to doing this, some of which we will cover in later lessons... but to start you off we are going to look at five licks that you can use to do this.

To make the most of this you should EXPLORE the IDEA, steal the seed and sew it again in your own way. Twist the licks, turn the licks inside out and see what you can come up with. Only YOU can learn to do that!
